Job summary

Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Hammonton, NJ is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our weekend team at our 240-bed skilled nursing facility. We offer all shifts and recently increased pay rates to attract dedicated team members.

In addition to a sign-on bonus, a $1.50 shift differential applies to staffing during peak times. We provide tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current State Certification.
• In good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assisting with personal hygiene including bed baths and shaving.
• Setting up meal trays and documenting food and fluid intake.
• Feeding Residents and providing nutritional supplements.
• Making beds and keeping spaces clean and tidy.
• Transporting Residents within the Facility.
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current State Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
