Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Massachusetts to join our clinical team. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting, in accordance with Life Care standards and state regulations.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be a graduate of a state-approved CNA program, hold an active CNA license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with an active license.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting.
• Work within Life Care standards and applicable laws/regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient care.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
