Job summary

Aberdeen Health & Rehab is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for weekend-only hours. You will provide personal care to residents, assist with dressing, grooming and daily activities, and support nursing staff with basic treatments.

Weekend shifts are Saturdays and Sundays, two 16‑hour blocks from 6am to 10pm. The community offers a Baylor-style schedule: work 32 hours and get paid for 40, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Hold current CNA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific certification.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal care for residents, including dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, baths/showers.
• Perform basic treatments as directed by nursing staff.

JOB SUMMARY:
