CNA Shift: 11:00 am - 11:00 pm / 12 hours per week / Saturday/Sunday / Shift Diff

The Emergency Department Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for assisting with unit/patient care needs under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Has full access to patient health information. May have access to medication storage areas (excluding controlled substances) as related to job responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Listed with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation in good standing.
• Certification in BLS is required through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
