Job summary

MaineTouch is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care across Maine. This role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules and the chance to build meaningful relationships with clients in their homes.

As a CNA you will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and document care while upholding HIPAA and infection control standards. A valid Maine CNA license and a driver’s license with reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license required.
• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must not have substantiated findings on the Maine CNA/Direct Care Worker Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting).
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Vital sign monitoring and health observations.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation/feeding support.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Accurate documentation and incident reporting.
• Compliance with infection control and HIPAA policies.

What You'll Do

As a CNA with MaineTouch, you'll work directly in clients' homes providing personalized daily care - including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting), mobility assistance and safe transfers, vital sign monitoring and health observations, light housekeeping, meal preparation and feeding support, companionship and emotional support, accurate documentation and incident reporting, and compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and all MaineTouch policies and procedures.

Who We're Looking For

• Active Maine CNA license (required)

• Dependable, attentive, and professional in all interactions
