Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care to adults and seniors across Maine. You’ll deliver personal care, mobility support, and health monitoring in clients’ homes with compassion and reliability.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), pay of $18–$21 per hour, mileage reimbursement where applicable, ongoing clinical support, and clear paths for career advancement including CRMA and CNA-M tracks.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license required.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Comfortable working independently in home care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must not have substantiated findings on the Maine CNA Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Vital sign monitoring and health observations.
• Light housekeeping, meal prep and feeding support.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Accurate documentation and incident reporting.
• Infection control and HIPAA compliance.

What You'll Do

As a CNA with MaineTouch, you'll work directly in clients' homes providing personalized daily care - including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting), mobility assistance and safe transfers, vital sign monitoring and health observations, light housekeeping, meal preparation and feeding support, companionship and emotional support, accurate documentation and incident reporting, and compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and all MaineTouch policies and procedures.

Who We're Looking For

• Active Maine CNA license (required)
• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable working independently in a home care setting
• Dependable, attentive, and professional in all interactions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must not have substantiated findings on the Maine CNA/Direct Care Worker Registry
