MaineTouch is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver one-on-one in-home care for adults and seniors across Maine. Earn $18.00–$21.00 per hour with experience and certification, with flexible full-time or part-time shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and mobility assistance in clients' homes.
• Monitor vital signs and health observations; report changes to supervisors.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and feeding support.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Document care accurately and report incidents per HIPAA and infection control policies.

What You'll Do

As a CNA with MaineTouch, you'll work directly in clients' homes providing personalized daily care - including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting), mobility assistance and safe transfers, vital sign monitoring and health observations, light housekeeping, meal preparation and feeding support, companionship and emotional support, accurate documentation and incident reporting, and compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and all MaineTouch policies and procedures.

Who We're Looking For

• Active Maine CNA license (required)
• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable working independently in a home care setting
• Dependable, attentive, and professional in all interactions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must not have substantiated findings on the Maine CNA/Direct Care Worker Registry
