Job summary

Royalton Manor in Michigan is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, measuring vital signs, supporting mobility, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinent care and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics and lift equipment.
• Respond to call lights and report observations to licensed staff.
• Support residents’ independence and dignity while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility procedures.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions at all times.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
• Provide postmortem care.

The Certified Nursing Assistant cares for residents under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed practical/vocational nurse. Education and/or Experience:
