Job summary

Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our clinical team. We offer Day, Evening, and Night shifts with flexible scheduling and immediate opportunities across all care settings.

Responsibilities include resident-centered care, assistance with bathing, grooming, mobility, and transfers, plus monitoring changes and responding to calls.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing (PA)
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We have immediate opportunities available on Day, Evening, and Night shifts.

Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM


• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM


• Night Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Limited-Time $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Eligible full-time CNAs who apply between August 27, 2026, and September 27, 2026, may qualify for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, subject to eligibility requirements and applicable program terms.

Certified Nursing Assistants Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.


• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other daily living activities.


• Assist with transfers and repositioning.
