Maternity/Obstetrics is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant- Unit Coordinator to join their team. MaineHealth offers sign-on bonuses for eligible Clinical Nursing Assistants:

• $2,500 for 0-1 years of experience (full-time)
• $4,000 for 1+ years of experience (full-time)

Bonus amounts are prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth employees and those with less than 6 months separation are ineligible.

This position involves 36 hours per week, day shifts. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the role coordinates and organizes clinical duties of the unit and performs CNA or LNA duties as appropriate.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current applicable state license as a CNA in Maine or LNA in New Hampshire.
• Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Relevant experience preferred.
