About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our 17-bed unit, you’ll care for diverse patients in adult cardiology and medical-surgical specialties, including CHF, ACS, telemetry monitoring, and chronic conditions. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a 3:1 ratio, high patient turnover, and a goal of maintaining a length of stay under 8 hours, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
