Training begins July 7, 2025. The 8-week paid training includes classroom and on-the-job training, Monday-Friday. Applicants must attend interviews on June 4, 2025. Post-training, shifts are evenings and nights with every other weekend off; day shifts are limited. Flexibility and overtime may be required.
Position Summary
Hiring for CNA Objective and Advanced levels. Responsibilities include providing personal care, observing and reporting resident changes, assisting with mobility, and supporting behavioral and skill development, especially for those with challenging behaviors.
Salary & Progression
Pay ranges from $25.06 to $28.16/hr for Objective and $26.42 to $29.73/hr for Advanced, based on seniority and experience, with additional shift differentials and bonuses.
Job Requirements
Preferred experience includes supporting individuals with disabilities, working in multidisciplinary teams, and following care plans.
