Job description

We are looking for skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA who desire a career that matters in a community that values their expertise.

Job Types: Full Time, Part Time

Available Shifts: 1st and 2nd

Pay: Starting from $17.00 increases with experience plus $3.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient, and timely care documentation.
• Plan and cook their favorite foods and share a meal with them.
• Perform laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents.
