The ideal candidate will be patient-focused and have a strong understanding of basic medical and hygiene care in a clinical or long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Respond to patient calls and assess needs for assistance
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent bedsores
• Support patients with walking, standing, or prescribed exercises
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Ensure dietary needs are met by reviewing restrictions, allergies, and preferences
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNA
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to assist with physical care and mobility needs
  
  

Certifications

• Active CNA license in the state of Maryland
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Updated professional resume
• Covid-19 vaccination record (if required by facility)
• Two professional references (preferably from nursing supervisors or facility leads)
