Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Smith Crossing

Pay starts at: $19 per hour (based on experience).

PM and Night Shifts: Additional $2 shift differential.

Plus, an additional 10% Weekend Differential for all shifts.

Employment Type: Part-time and Full-time roles.

Shift Hours:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• PM Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Night Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
