Job summary

Quarry Hill, part of the MaineHealth system, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our long term care team. The CNA provides essential resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs both direct and indirect duties to support memory-loss and elder care.

We offer sign-on bonuses for eligible candidates, with $2,500 for 0-1 years and $4,000 for 1+ years. Base pay ranges from $20.27 to $24.36 per hour, with full-time and part-time options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state CNA certification; BLS within 30 days.
• Experience: Relevant experience preferred.

The Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated residents under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
