Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Fox Cities and East Central Wisconsin is seeking Wisconsin CNAs for flexible facility staffing across Appleton and Menasha. Base pay starts at $20.00/hour with incentives, and roles include PRN, part-time, and potential full-time growth.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily activities, vital signs, and meals, while collaborating with nursing staff to ensure quality care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and daily activities.
• Take and record vital signs as required.
• Prepare meals and assist with hydration.
• Observe resident condition and report changes to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans and maintain a clean, safe environment.

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll provide direct resident care at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs as required
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Follow resident care plans and facility procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
• Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and independence
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team

What You Need

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification – required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Dependable and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties of a CNA position
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities

Preferred:

• 1+ year of CNA experience
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience
• CPR certification

Available Shifts

We're hiring CNAs for:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts

• PRN / On-call
• Part-time schedules

Requirements

Experience:

• At least one (1) year of caregiving experience.

and/ OR

License/Certification:

• CNA

and / or

• Wisconsin CBRF Standard Precautions Certification (Preferred)
• Wisconsin CBRF First Aid and Choking Certification (Preferred)
• Wisconsin CBRF Fire Safety Certification (Preferred)
• Wisconsin CBRF Medication Administration Certification (Preferred)
