Are you passionate about providing compassionate care to patients in need? Continuum Hospice is currently seeking Per Diem Compassionate Hospice Aides (CNAs) to join our dedicated team providing patient care in and around the Middleboro, Buzzards Bay, and Plymouth areas.

As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Continuum Hospice, you will play a vital role in the lives of our patients, working under the guidance of a registered nurse to provide essential services and ensure their comfort and well-being. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or G.E.D., current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state of employment, at least one year of experience as a CNA in an acute or long-term care setting (hospice experience a plus), and current CPR certification if mandated by the state.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. The listed pay range is a guideline; final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities, and will be discussed at the end of the interview process.
