Job summary

Aria Healthcare in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and maintain their comfort and safety. In this full-time role you will assist with bathing, hygiene, feeding, and monitoring vital signs, while partnering with our interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current active Wisconsin CNA certificate.
• Previous CNA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resident centered care oriented.
• Assist with ADLs including mobility, positioning, bathing, toileting and dining.
• Observe and report resident condition to licensed staff for safety.
• Maintain safety awareness for residents and co-workers.
• Respond promptly to call lights and requests.
• Collaborate with all disciplines in the center as a team.
• Maintain CNA certification through scheduled training and credits.

The primary purpose of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to support medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Your duties will include helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feeding patients or ensuring they take their medication and assessing your patients’ vital signs to notify staff of any changes.

All Full Time PM shift Certified Nursing Assistants that are a .9 or 1.0 are eligible to participate. Every single hour you work for the entire month will be paid out at $3.00 additional per hour if the following occurs…

• You work every single scheduled shift for the month.

• No call ins!

• You show up for work on time and do not leave early for each scheduled shift and utilize the time clock in your home.
