Gilroy Healthcare Center is seeking motivated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate team at Vacaville Ranch Post-Acute in Vacaville, CA. Qualifications

• Current California CNA license.
• Active and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to assigned patients following their clinical assessments and care plans.
• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Support patients with physician-ordered medications that are self-administered.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Monitor and report on patients’ health conditions promptly.
