• Active Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant / CNALicense
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
• Minimum of 1 year recent paid experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA
• COVID Vaccinated
• Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
• Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
• Reliable transportation & smartphone
