Job summary

Smith Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its team. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and utilizing electronic medical records. Competitive pay starting at $19/hour with additional shift differentials and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Must be IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR certified.
  • Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with all ADLs and maintains residents' comfort.
  • Charts care using electronic medical records.
  • Answers call lights promptly.

Job description

Pay starts at: $19 per hour (Pay is based on experience)

Pay differentials:
PM or Night Shifts: Additional $2 shift differential
Plus, an additional 10% Weekend Differential for all shifts

PRN shifts available:
Day Shift 6:30AM - 2:30PM
PM Shift 2:30PM - 10:30PM
Night Shift 10:30PM - 6:30AM

What you bring to the table:
  • Must be IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Must be CPR certified
  • Must possess good computer skills.
  • Long Term Care experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates caring and compassionate nature
  • CNA candidate must be a team player, have a positive outlook and excellent problem solving skills.
  • Maintains neat, professional appearance
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists with all ADL's
  • Tasks required to maintain good hygiene, grooming, comfort and the overall well-being of residents
  • Charts all care, supplies, etc. using electronic medical records system
  • Answers all call lights promptly
