Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team in Salinas, CA. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, and document care while collaborating with nurses and therapists to ensure comfort and well-being.

This role offers part-time/on-call shifts (AM/PM/NOC) with competitive pay and benefits, including time off, a 401(k), and opportunities for professional development as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable and resident-focused.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information as directed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Accurately document care provided and maintain resident records.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and needs.
• Assist with implementing individualized care plans.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other team members to provide exceptional care.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $20.60-$22.00 per hour (DOE)
