Job summary

Maine Medical Center, part of MaineHealth, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) I for the night shift on the Unit P3C. This full-time role provides basic nursing care to designated patients under RN supervision at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a current CNA license, and BLS certification (or within 30 days of start). Previous CNA experience is welcome, but less than six months is acceptable.

Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) I provides basic level CNA care assisting in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Less than six months of CNA experience

The pay range for this position is $20.27to $24.36 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
