Capital Post-Acute is seeking a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Sacramento facility. You will provide routine daily care, assist with personal needs, and support residents with medications as prescribed, in a warm, compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA license.
• Active and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to assigned patients following their clinical assessments and care plans.
• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Support patients with physician-ordered medications that are self-administered.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Monitor and report on patients' health conditions promptly.
