Job summary

Resolve West Allis is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Skilled Nursing team. CNAs play a vital role in delivering quality resident care while upholding dignity, comfort, and independence.

We offer both Full Time and Part Time shifts, including 8-hour and 12-hour options. Candidates should have active CNA certification and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Opportunities for growth within the organization are also available.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Reliable, patient focused, and compassionate.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Support mobility, repositioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
• Document care accurately per facility guidelines.

Day and NOC Shift Openings

Full Time and Part Time Available

8 Hour Shifts:
2 PM to 10 PM
10 PM to 6 AM

12 Hour Shifts:
6 AM to 6 PM
6 PM to 6 AM

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and transfers
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
• Support mobility, repositioning, and fall prevention
• Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
• Document care accurately per facility guidelines
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment
• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
