Job Description:

Resolve West Allis is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. CNAs play a vital role in delivering quality resident care while supporting dignity, comfort, and independence.

Day and NOC Shift Openings

Full Time and Part Time Available

8 Hour Shifts:
2 PM to 10 PM
10 PM to 6 AM

12 Hour Shifts:
6 AM to 6 PM
6 PM to 6 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and transfers
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
• Support mobility, repositioning, and fall prevention
• Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
• Document care accurately per facility guidelines
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment
• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
• Reliable, patient focused, and compassionate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
