Job summary

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support both short term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. The CNA applies fundamental nursing principles and basic assessment skills to participate in individualized care planning and delivery.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent performs personal care activities and related supportive tasks to meet residents' needs and comfort, ensuring dignity and safety in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a State approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative care is preferred.

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT (CNA) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent Certified Nurse Aide utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. The Certified Nurse Aide performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers.

Requirements:

1. The Certified Nurse Assistant must have successfully completed a State approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
