Job summary

Medstaff Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift to provide overnight resident care and support. The CNA will assist with personal care, mobility, and safety, collaborating with the nursing team to ensure continuity of care through the night.

The role requires a current New York State CNA certification, dependability, and strong communication within a long-term care setting. Night differential and sign-on bonus are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, toileting, mobility, and other daily needs.

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition or other concerns to the nursing team.
• Respond to resident requests and contribute to a calm, clean, and safe environment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow infection prevention, privacy, safety, and facility procedures.
• Communicate relevant observations and care information to colleagues.

Position: Union position
Pay: $19.72 per hour, plus an additional 10% night-shift differential
Sign-on bonus: $3,500
Schedule: Night shift
