If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) seeking a customizable schedule that fits your personal life, this is a great opportunity. Whether you prefer full-time hours or part-time shifts, you can choose what works best for you! As a CNA with AffiniCare, you'll select your preferred hours and travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations within your area to assist with open shifts.

We provide licensed staff to Care Initiatives’ 43 skilled nursing communities. Our team of compassionate and competent CNAs enjoy working in various settings with flexible schedules.
