The Springs of Magnolia is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Magnolia, AR. We welcome new graduates and experienced CNAs alike, with flexible scheduling, great benefits, and a supportive team. Night and weekend options, daily pay, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus (conditions apply) are offered to eligible full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas CNA certification (or in CNA training) required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Record vital signs and maintain documentation.
• Provide compassionate, attentive care.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Support residents' rights and dignity.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
