Job summary

Lake Ridge Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team in Buffalo, MN. This on-call role offers a wage range of $22.60–$24.96 per hour with a $4 per hour shift differential for evenings and nights.

You will assist residents with ADLs, work closely with RN and staff, and contribute to a safe, person-centered care environment. The ideal candidate holds a Minnesota CNA certificate, has 6+ months of experience, and demonstrates strong communication and reliability

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
• 6+ months of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Position Type: On-Call

Wage Range: $22.60 - $24.96 / hour depending on experience
