Job summary

Laurel Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing and long‑term care team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and help maintain comfort and dignity on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must hold active CNA certification in Montana.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights and respond promptly to needs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serve meals, collect trays, and assist with feeding as needed.
• Transport residents safely using mobility equipment.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility.
• Turn and reposition residents to promote comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other resident information.
• Accurately complete resident charting and documentation.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.

Preferred:
