Job summary

Ingleside at King Farm in Rockville, MD is seeking a Part-Time CNA I to provide daily general medical and restorative care to our residents. This role includes motivating residents toward set goals and accurately documenting all treatments in resident records.

The ideal candidate has a CNA I certificate with 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience, excellent communication, and strong customer service skills. Onsite benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA I certificate required.
• 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical and restorative care to residents daily.
• Motivate residents to meet goals and document treatments.
• Apply QAPI processes and maintain clinical documentation.

We're looking for CNA I to work in our Senior Living Community in Rockville, MD

Part-Time Shifts Available: 16 hour shift (1) day only

Wage rate: $19.85 to $23.74 per hour, depending on experience. Differentials available.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one (1) to three (3) years of clinical nursing experience and Certified Nursing Assistant I certificate required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and be knowledgeable in restorative and medical nursing principles and practices.

Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for providing general medical and restorative treatment to residents on a daily basis. Additional duties include motivating residents to meet set goals and documenting all treatment given to resident. Must be competent in understanding, and utilizing the QAPI process.
