We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hospice support visits for a partnered hospice company with multiple service areas available.

This role is ideal for CNAs who are passionate about providing quality end-of-life care and are comfortable working independently in patient homes and facilities.

Position Details

• Pay: $25 per visit
• Visits are typically 1 to 1.5 hours long
• Flexible scheduling opportunities

Requirements

• Active CNA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience required
• Hospice, home health, or skilled nursing experience preferred
