Job summary

The Mary T. Family of Companies is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Home Health in Coon Rapids, MN. You will provide personal cares, nurse-delegated tasks, and light housekeeping to support clients' physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the RN Case Manager and adhering to the established plan of care. Prior home health experience is preferred; 15 hours/week with potential growth to 30+ hours as needs evolve.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal cares, delegated nursing services, and light housekeeping per plan of care.
• Collaborate with RN Case Manager and follow established plan of care.
• Visit 2–4 clients per day; part-time daytime hours (approx. 9:30 AM–2:30 PM).
• Potential to increase to full-time hours in the future.

The Mary T. Family of Companies has an immediate opening for a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within our Home Health division based in COON RAPIDS, MN and serving clients in the surrounding area.

The Position: The purpose of the CNA position is to provide personal cares, delegated nursing services, and light housekeeping services to maintain the client's physical and emotional well-being. The CNA will work with home health patients to provide personal care services, nurse-delegated tasks, and light housekeeping services as directed by the patient's RN Case Manager and their established plan of care. Previous home health experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule:

• Part-time, Daytime hours
• Desired availability from approximately 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM from Monday - Friday.
• Approximately 15 hours/week. This position has potential to increase to full-time hours in the future (30+ hours per week).
• CNAs will visit 2-4 clients in a typical work day.
