BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to support clients in Bourne and surrounding areas. You will provide daily living assistance, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and mobility support in clients’ homes.

BAYADA emphasizes respect and partnership with both clients and families. Eligible candidates include those with one year of caregiving experience or valid HHA/CNA credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience or current HHA certificate.
• Current HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• High reliability and compassionate patient care necessary.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Light housekeeping and grooming.
• Bathing and toileting assistance.
• Range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Medication assistance as directed.
• Vital sign checks and basic home care tasks.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
