Job summary

Emplify Health's General Medical Unit in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a fast-paced team. The role covers 32 hours bi-weekly with 8-hour day or PM shifts and occasional weekends and holidays.

Starting pay is $18.64 per hour, plus shift, weekend, and holiday differentials. Overtime is computed on a 40-hour flex basis, reflecting a commitment to work-life balance and community care.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin CNA certification required.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS) within 30 days of hire from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the General Medical Unit.
• Work 32 hours bi-weekly across 8-hour Day/PM shifts.
• Adhere to weekend and holiday rotation.

The General Medical Unit is a fast-paced 20 bed unit that cares for a wide variety of acute medical and surgical patients, including general medical, surgical cases, rule out chest pain, same-day procedures, and post heart catheterizations.

What You Do

• 0.4 FTE, 32 hours bi-weekly
• Work 8-hour Day/PM shifts (6:30am - 3:00pm and 2:30pm - 11:00pm)
• Work every other weekend and three holidays a year

What You'll Need

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire
