Position Summary

Under supervision, perform resident/patient care activities to support their personal needs, safety, and comfort, contributing to a positive environment while adhering to all policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
• Ability to positively relate with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest and positive attitude towards working with long-term care residents and the elderly
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Meet all health requirements as legally mandated
