Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, the CNA performs resident care activities and related services to ensure residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort. The role also involves fostering a positive physical, social, and psychological environment, adhering to all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest in and a positive attitude towards working with long-term care residents and the elderly
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Compliance with all health requirements mandated by law
