Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with care needs including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support
• Engage residents through interaction, conversation, and participation in programs and activities
• Collaborate with the nursing team to meet resident care needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Current Connecticut Nurse’s Aide Registration
• Experience and passion for working with seniors
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases
