Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Tulsa is seeking a C.N.A. to support patient care under RN supervision in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and adhere to facility policies.

Education includes a high school diploma and CNA certification; current BLS is required. Prior hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory. This role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and dependable patient support.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent; required CNA certification.
• Experience: None required; 2–3 years in acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
• Do not administer medications or therapies; follow hospital policies and procedures.
• Assist with activities of daily living and support care coordination as needed.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for performing various patient care activities and accommodative services under the general supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse. Performs patient care activities within the limits of the position. Does not administer medications or therapy. Does not assume independent responsibility for patient care. Job duties are accomplished in a manner consistent with the policies, procedures and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Training: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state where the hospital resides. Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience: None required. A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.
