The Certified Nursing Assistant assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:

Required: First Aid (New hires have 30 days to obtain.)

Licenses: Virginia State Certified Nursing Assistant Required

CNA experience preferred.
