Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for our Fountain Circle Care & Rehab Center. CNAs deliver direct resident care under licensed staff, support daily living activities, and help maintain a compassionate environment in line with facility policies.

You will assist residents, take vital signs, help with ADLs, and participate in training. We offer a sign-on bonus, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, patient-centered organization.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state in which the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
• Provide ADLs within the scope of practice as defined by state regulation and resident plan of care.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, and other information.

How you Will make a difference

Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice as defined by state regulation and the resident’s plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident room on a regular basis.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.
• Routinely turn and position residents, as necessary.
• Recognize and support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Maintain established housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist with resident needs.
• Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

What you Need to make a Difference
