Job Summary:

The CNA/CHHA provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients home.

Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping
2. Meal preparation
3. Transportation
4. Companionship
5. Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
6. Memory Care
7. Care coordination for clients with degenerative conditions
8. Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications:

1. Ability to pass a background screening
2. Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance along with clean driving record
3. Prior home care experience a plus
4. Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
