Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool across Minnesota. This role offers the flexibility to pick up shifts at multiple Monarch communities based on facility needs.

As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide resident-centered care under supervision, assist with daily living activities, mobility, and comfort, while following MDH standards and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Monarch communities across Minnesota.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support resident mobility, safety, and comfort.
• Provide basic restorative and nursing care services.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Support individualized care plans and resident preferences.
• Deliver care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) standards and facility policies.

Position Summary

As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). You will assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting resident mobility, safety, and comfort
• Providing basic restorative and nursing care services
• Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions
• Maintaining accurate documentation as required
• Supporting individualized care plans and resident preferences
• Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
