Sign-On Bonus Offer
For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for CNAs:
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part-time ANA/CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part-time hires. Per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth employee members are ineligible; former members are ineligible until >6 months separation.
Work Schedule
24 hours a week, 12-hour shifts, 7p–7a, with weekend/holiday rotations. Night shift. Float Pool.
The Nursing Float Pool is for CNAs seeking a challenge and exposure to a broad range of patient acuity levels, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiac, Post-Surgical, and Special Care units, providing great experience and skill expansion.
Role Summary
The CNA – Acute Care assists in nursing care under RN supervision, performing direct and indirect duties.
