Sterling Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Media, PA is hiring experienced and new CNAs to join a compassionate care team. We offer a sign-on bonus and flexible hours to fit your needs, with opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment. We value teamwork and ongoing training.

As a CNA you will assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, work under the supervision of licensed staff, and help residents maintain dignity and quality of life in a homelike setting.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification, preferably PA state.
• Prior caregiving experience accepted but not required.
• Ability to provide dignified, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide bathing, dressing, meals, and feeding assistance as needed.
• Assist with ambulation, turning, and positioning of residents.
• Follow directions from licensed medical staff and nursing team.
• Communicate with residents and team with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities for CNAs:

• To provide care for the residents, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, and assisting with feeding as needed.
• To assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning the resident
• To follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.
• To be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team

Qualifications:

• Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), preferably in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to build rapport with our residents
