Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily personal care and support to our residents in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor resident condition, and report changes to the care team. CPR certification and active CNA license are required to ensure high-quality care and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Certification from state.
• Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
