Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAC)
Status: Full-Time and Part-time
Shift: Evening Shift - Full-time
Shifts are 4 days On / 2 days Off rotation
Wage: $23 - $26/hr - depending on experience (plus $1 for EVE shift diff; plus $2 for NOC shift diff.)

Qualifications:
- Have a 10th grade education or above
- Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently
- Must have an active CPR/BLS certification

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check residents routinely to ensure personal care needs are met according to their wishes.
- Review care plans daily for updates or changes.
- Inform nurse supervisor of any changes in resident conditions.
- Assist residents with daily needs, including activities and transportation.
- Prepare residents' rooms and ensure their comfort.
- Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information per HIPAA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and management.
