Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NAC)

Status: Full-Time and Part-time

Shift: Evening Shift - Full-time

Shifts are 4 days On / 2 days Off rotation

Wage: $23 - $26/hr - depending on experience (plus $1 for EVE shift diff; plus $2 for NOC shift diff.)

Qualifications:
  • Have a 10th grade education or above
  • Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state
  • Must speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Must have an active CPR/BLS certification

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Check residents routinely to ensure personal care needs are met according to their wishes.
  • Review care plans daily for updates or changes.
  • Inform nurse supervisor of any changes in resident conditions.
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including activities and transportation.
  • Prepare residents' rooms and ensure their comfort.
  • Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information per HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and management.
